Nestled in New Hampshire's Lakes Region is the family-owned and operated Mill Fudge Factory & Ice Cream Café. Housed in a quaint, historic 1700's grist mill overlooking the Newfound River, the Factory has been quietly serving high quality fudge, made from the Munro family's traditional Scottish recipe, since 2006.

Advocates of the slow food movement, the Munro family make their fudge with all natural ingredients including Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, Cabot butter, pure honey and cane sugar and staunchly avoid corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors.
