The Law of Attraction for Greater Health

List of Desires – take the time to get clear about what you DO want to experience in your body.  Write down how it looks and feels.  Get excited about the optimum health you are committed to creating! Then throughout the day, when you notice yourself talking or thinking about what is wrong with your health, replace it with the new experience of health you are creating. Make your commitment to health your new habit of thought. 
Find Proof (that it is possible) – Look into your past experience and the lives of others for proof that you can create this healthy way of being. There are a great many amazing stories about people healed from illness after changing their belief systems. Use these stories to remind you that if they can do it, so can you! 
Manifestation Journal – Keep a journal to take note of every little (or big) improvement in your health and well-being on this journey Anything you effectively manifest through the Law of Attraction should be noted. This will remind you to celebrate your accomplishments and show you how far you have come. Reading your journal when you are having a difficult day can reinforce how powerful you actually are.
