Caramel Pecan Brie

Fresh picked PecansCaramel Pecan Brie
2 wheel goat cheese brie
4 tablespoons of dark brown sugar
2 teaspoon cold butter, chopped into small pieces
3 tablespoon chopped pecans
Apples and toasted bread for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut cheese wheel in four quarters Place one quarter of the Brie in the bottom of of ramekin Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar onto top of cheese. Top with the second layer of cheese. Sprinkle 1/2 Tablespoon of brown sugar, chopped butter, and pecans onto the top of the cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and yummy. Serve with apples or pears
